1. About the Price

• I will only work after I receive payment. So when you paid me I will start your commission after 24 hours of the order.
• However I can accept a split of 50% upfront and 50% after the final artwork is sent with a protective watermark. after being paid, the artwork will be sent with only a small transparent watermark on a corner.
• I only accept payment through Paypal
• When paid on PayPal: pay it through "goods and services".

2. About the Commossion

• I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
• I don't accept deadlines on any commission, no matter the price.
• If you want a commission to give to someone as a gift and have a day for it, send your order before the date and keep in your mind that I can take 1 month to finish it.
• If you are not the commissioner and want to use a commissioned work for something, you need to advise me about it and give me the authorization of the buyer.

2. Personal use and Commercial use

• My commissions are for personal use and commercial use.
• For commercial use, you are allowed to create merch, and games, but needs to be informed first.
• You can't resell my commissions, which means that I don't allow any kind of bitcoin in my art
• You are NOT permitted to feed my art to AI.

3. Work in Progress

• I will always provide a WIP of the sketch that I initially made and send it through a note/dm/email; this is to check if there are no mistakes!
• If you really wanted a change to be done at the end of a finished piece, a fee will be added depending on demand.
• When I give you the first sketch/ WIP you need to be detailed and suggest what needs to be changed. I won't redo it once I have started the Lineart to the final piece, without a fee
• You can ask for WIPs. You can choose private WIPs or public WIPs.(if you choose a public WIPs I will share the progress on my Twitter)

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.
• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
• If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
